What it is: A long-wearing eyeliner pencil that twists up, glides on and smudges to a smooth blur of transfer-resistant color, no sharpening needed.What it does: The silky eyeliner pencil lines and defines with ease. It delivers long-wearing color: transfer-resistant, water-resistant and smudge-resistant. How to use: Swivel eyeliner up only 1/8-inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying). Line eyes. Use smudging tool on the opposite end to gently smudge color.
