Kipp Stewart and Stewart MacDougall for Drexel "Declaration” Drop Leaf Drexel "Declaration" 851-313 This rare and stunning space saving table can be used as a sofa table then turned into a dining table. Great for an addition to your dining seating or when you are short on space. The top has been refinished to bring out the lovely walnut wood grain. This drop leaf table is a gateleg style where the 2 leaves are supported by the legs that fold out. In my opinion, much easier to set up than a standard drop leaf. You don’t see this table everyday. It is 60.25” long with both leaves out and is 12” when the leaves are closed. Marked under the table. Drexel Furniture's "Declaration" line was designed by the team of Kipp Stewart and Stewart MacDougall. They had previously designed "Sun Coast," also for Drexel, and some of their designs clearly influence Declaration.
