Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba's collaboration with Seletti continues with the 'Kintsugi' collection, a series that incorporates the centuries-old Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with precious metals. Here, the technique materialises with 24 carat gold applied to a range of porcelain tableware items — such as this dinner plate — in a manner that imitates the smoothing over of a series of cracks, in a nod to the beauty of regeneration and repair.
