Joining him in this quest is co-collaborator and wife Marianne. Together they have grown 525 america into a household name. The couple work as a team making all major decisions together. Bobby's ideas are brought to life through Marianne's execution. Beyond that they have distinct roles. Marianne has evolved from merchandiser to the company's design director and Bobby manages the branding opportunities and new product categories. The result of this husband and wife team is a company whose collection and style speaks to women aged 16-60. "Catching a trend is easy, making sure it's a relevant one becomes the challenge." says Bobby.
