About the designer: Missoni has grown from a tiny Italian workshop into a worldwide luxury brand that is still family-owned and operated. Founded in 1953 by then newlyweds Ottavio and Rosita Missoni, the first official Missoni collection wasn't presented until 1958 when the couple took their line to Milan.
